Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional
Waitress
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests.Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly
Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set up at all times
Provide menu recommendations and upsell items when appropriate
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints courteously
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
Process bills and handle cash/card payments accurately
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or cafe
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, good grooming, and team-oriented approach
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
