To provide professional food and beverage service to guests, visitors, and staff at the company's headquarters. The Waitress will ensure a high standard of hospitality, cleanliness, and customer service, reflecting the company's corporate image.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to guests, staff, and visitors in a polite, professional, and courteous manner.
Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Set up meeting rooms, events, and VIP areas with refreshments, snacks, and beverages.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas, pantries, and dining spaces.
Assist with inventory of F&B items and report shortages in a timely manner.
Comply with hygiene, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
Cooperate with hospitality, admin, and facility teams to ensure smooth service operations.
Handle special requests and VIP guests with attention to detail and discretion.
Maintain a neat personal appearance and uphold company grooming standards.
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
as a waiter/waitress in hotels, corporate offices, or fine dining.
Knowledge of F&B service standards and basic food hygiene.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Pleasant personality, customer-focused, and professional demeanor.
