About the Role:

We are seeking a

talented, passionate, and multi-skilled Waitress cum Person In Charge

to join our vibrant team at Wok N Roll Cafe. The ideal candidate will go beyond just serving -- taking ownership of operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and overseeing daily responsibilities including dine-in, takeaway, and online orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Table Turnover:

Clear and reset tables promptly after guest departure.

Online Packaging:

Handle online order packaging with accuracy and presentation standards.

Inventory Control:

Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to support efficient operations.

Leadership:

Supervise, guide, and mentor support staff to maintain smooth front-of-house functioning.

Quality Control:

Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and food presentation are consistently maintained.

Social Media Management:

Create and post content, respond to messages/comments, and promote the restaurant on platforms like Instagram.

Guest Interaction:

Be well-groomed, presentable, and able to engage warmly and professionally with customers.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years as a waitress in a restaurant or cafe setting.

Leadership Skills:

Proven experience managing staff in a fast-paced environment.

Communication:

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Digital Skills:

Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).

Personality:

Pleasant, proactive, and customer-focused with a strong sense of responsibility.
