Job Summary - Waitress
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Waitress to join our service team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing excellent dining experiences. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and present menus in a courteous and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly Ensure customer satisfaction and address guest needs or concerns Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations Process payments and handle cash or POS systems Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Team-oriented with a positive attitude
