Waitress/service Crew
Job Description
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and make menu suggestions.
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation.
Check on guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and promptly address any concerns.
Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
Handle bills, process payments, and follow up with guests courteously.
Follow all hygiene, health, and safety standards in line with hotel policies and UAE regulations.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Sheraton Al Khalidiya standards of service.
Support colleagues and assist in banquet, coffee shop, or room service operations when needed.

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
