Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers with menu selections and specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate with the kitchen
Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally
Address customer concerns promptly and politely
Prepare bills and process payments accurately
Requirements:
Endurance to stand and walk for long hours
Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends)
Friendly personality with strong coordination and communication skills
Previous hospitality experience is an advantage
Languages: Fluency in English; French, Korean, or Chinese preferred
