Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously. Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen. Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
Requirements:
With experience as a waiter in an Arabic restaurant in the UAE. With good communication skills. Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and dining etiquette. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Presentable and well-groomed appearance. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
