We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take accurate food and beverage orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers as they arrive.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Clear tables, reset them, and maintain a clean dining area.
Handle payments (cash, card, or POS system).
Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards.
Work as part of a team to deliver smooth service during busy hours.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress/waiter is preferred but not required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, friendly personality, and professional appearance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
