Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of waitstaff and service attendants
Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
Take food and beverage orders and relay them accurately to kitchen staff
Monitor food and beverage service quality and resolve any guest issues promptly
Ensure tables are properly set and dining areas are clean and presentable
Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards
Assist in inventory control and order supplies as needed
Handle billing and ensure proper cash/card handling procedures
Collaborate with kitchen and management teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Captain Waitress or Senior Waitress in a high-paced restaurant
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
Ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism
Attention to detail and a passion for hospitality
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
