Job Summary:

Flare Burger is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused

Waitress

to join our front-of-house team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient service to ensure a great dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner. Take customer orders accurately and input them into the POS system. Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Ensure tables are clean, set, and ready for customers at all times. Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently. Communicate effectively with kitchen and other service staff. Assist in preparing takeaway/delivery orders when required. Follow all hygiene and food safety guidelines. Support the team with opening, closing, and cleaning duties.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service (preferred). Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Positive attitude, reliability, and strong team spirit. Presentable and well-groomed appearance. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
