Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented F&B Waitress with previous restaurant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills and have a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests. The role involves ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience through attentive service, knowledge of the menu, and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about the menu items. Take food and drink orders, process orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring all orders are complete and correct. Check with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables and maintaining a neat and tidy environment. Handle cash and process payments accurately using the restaurant's POS system. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation protocols. Upsell menu items, drinks, or promotions to increase revenue. Assist with other duties as needed, including restocking supplies, assisting with opening and closing duties, and helping fellow team members.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waitress or server in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairings. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to work under pressure in a busy and fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Knowledge of restaurant POS systems (preferred).

Preferred Requirements

Previous experience in fine dining restaurants. Or Experience in Private dining Fluent in English languages.
