We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented waitresses/waiters to join our growing team at our bakery! Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcomed . Take accurate orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen team . Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner . Provide information about menu items and daily specials . Ensure cleanliness and order in the dining and serving areas at all times . Monitor customer satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally . Prepare tables by setting up utensils, napkins, and other dining necessities . Assist with packaging takeaway orders when needed . Process customer payments accurately (cash or POS) . Refill beverages and clear used dishes throughout service . Maintain high hygiene and safety standards at all times . Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment Requirements: . Previous experience as a waitress/waiter or in customer service . Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Professional appearance and a friendly attitude . Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment . Good time management and attention to detail . Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays . Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus .
