Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Waitress

for an upcoming event in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences in an event setting. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing top-tier service to event guests and ensuring a positive dining experience during the event.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and present menus as they arrive at the event. Take food and drink orders and serve them accurately and promptly. Ensure that the dining area is clean and well-maintained during the event. Assist in setting up and cleaning the venue before and after the event. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues quickly and professionally. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including any event-specific specials. Adhere to health and safety regulations as well as company policies. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth event operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced event environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to stand for long periods during the event. Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Work Environment:

Dynamic event setting. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedule
