We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Waitress. As part of our team, you will provide high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests in a polite and friendly manner.
Take customer orders and serve food and beverages according to their preferences.
Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Handle customer complaints or concerns efficiently and with professionalism.
Work as part of a team to provide excellent service and meet customer expectations.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables, including ensuring that all necessary items are in place.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage menus, with the ability to explain dishes and recommend options.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
