We are seeking experienced

Waitresses

to deliver exceptional service within a prestigious restaurant group . The ideal candidates will provide exceptional service to guests, assist with menu selections, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained. The role requires attentiveness, courtesy, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and attend to guests with professionalism and courtesy. Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations. Accurately take orders and coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff. Ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages while monitoring guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area. Handle payments and POS transactions accurately. Support team operations during peak hours and special events. Adhere to restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus. 2-3 years of experience as a Waitress in restaurants or hotel dining environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure. Professional and courteous demeanor. Knowledge of food and beverage service protocols.
