Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Ensure tables are set, clean, and organized.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
Process payments when required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in F&B service preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and flexibility for shifts/weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent.
