Guest Interaction

: Welcome guests, seat them at their tables, and present menus.

Order Taking

: Accurately take food and beverage orders, memorizing menu items and making recommendations.

Food & Beverage Service

: Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.

Guest Satisfaction

: Check in with guests during their meal to ensure they are satisfied and address any concerns or complaints promptly.

Payment Handling

: Present bills and collect payments from customers.

Table Maintenance

: Set tables, clear used dishes, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Communication

: Effectively communicate with both guests and kitchen staff.
