Welcome and greet the customer as soon as they enter in the restaurant.
Assist the customer to their respective tables.
Take order from the customer for food and beverages.
Serve food or beverages up to standard.
Asking the customer what they want and needs.
Recommending and up selling items, drinks, and desserts.
Giving and collecting bills from the customer.
Observe cleanliness and sanitation
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Waitress or Barista
Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (POS machines)
Attentiveness and patience for customers
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Active listening and effective communication skills
Team spirit and Personable, Smiling, Friendly character
Flexibility to work in shifts
