Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently.
Present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve meals and drinks promptly with a professional attitude.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations.
Handle guest requests and resolve complaints politely.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and restaurant service standards.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience as a Waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting (Italian cuisine experience is an advantage).
Excellent English communication skills.
Customer-focused, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
Available to join immediately or on short notice.
