We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented
Waitress/Cashier
to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle guest orders and payments accurately, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the restaurant.
Preferably FILIPINA.
(Applicants currently based in the UAE and familiar with Filipino cuisine or customer service style are highly encouraged to apply.)
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and assist them in finding a table.
Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly.
Process payments accurately through cash or POS systems.
Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and receipts issued.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and the cashier area.
Refill beverages and assist with serving during peak hours.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints politely and efficiently.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and company service standards.
Cooperate with team members to provide a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience as a waitress or cashier (preferably in a restaurant or cafe).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic math and cash-handling accuracy.
Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
Positive attitude, good personal presentation, and teamwork spirit.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
