About Us:
Al Toot Al Abyad is a family-owned Iranian restaurant with two branches in Dubai. We specialize in authentic Iranian cuisine, offering guests a warm, cozy, and classic dining experience in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present the menu and provide detailed explanations of dishes.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any requests or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining and service areas.
Process payments and provide receipts to customers.
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
Previous experience in a waiter/waitress or similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Good communication skills in English (Farsi is a plus).
Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of or interest in Iranian cuisine is a bonus.
