Job Summary:

Waitress cum Cashier

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, managing billing transactions, and ensuring excellent guest service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience. Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and communicate them to the kitchen team. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Handle customer payments, operate the

POS system

, and issue receipts accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cashier counter. Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and reconcile daily sales. Follow

cash handling and billing procedures

as per company policy. Uphold hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times. Support the team in maintaining smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum

1-2 years of experience

as a

Waitress / Cashier

, preferably in the

F&B or hospitality industry

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of

POS systems and cash handling

. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible with

shifts, weekends, and public holidays
