We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused

Barista/Waitress

to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing quality coffee and beverages as a barista, while also serving food and drinks to customers as a waitress. You will ensure excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a welcoming and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Barista Duties:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages. Operate coffee machines and equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor inventory and restock supplies when needed.

Waitress Duties:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them promptly. Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions. Ensure tables are clean, set, and properly maintained. Handle payments, process bills, and operate POS systems. Address customer concerns or complaints professionally.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or waitress preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus. Basic math and cash-handling skills.
