Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve club members and guests in a polite and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining and service areas.
Ensure guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience at all times.
Handle customer inquiries, special requests, or complaints with care and professionalism.
Support other team members during busy hours and special events.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good personal hygiene and a neat appearance.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Arabic) is a plus.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a team spirit.
