General Overview

As a Service Attendant / Barista / Cashier at Evergreen Organics, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You are responsible for providing warm, professional service, preparing plant-based beverages, and handling customer transactions with accuracy and care. You are the brand's ambassador, reflecting Evergreen's values of wellness, sustainability, and kindness in every interaction.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment. Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure guests have an outstanding plant-based dining experience from start to finish. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and with a positive attitude. Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, smoothies, and specialty plant-based drinks, in line with Evergreen's quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area. Process customer orders using the POS system with accuracy and efficiency. Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly and ensure correct change is given. Issue receipts and manage end-of-day sales reconciliation and reports. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the cashier station.
