• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Process payments and manage cash register transactions.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or special occasions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance customer experience.
