Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Waitress
to join our team at Palma Beach Resort and SPA. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating a welcoming dining experience, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional attitude Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas Handle guest inquiries and provide menu recommendations Process payments and handle cash transactions Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
