Job Title: Female Waitress - Fine Dining Restaurant
Location: Sharjah Golf & Shooting Club, Sharjah, UAE
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports to: Restaurant Manager
Nationality: Tagalog Speaker Only.
Job Summary:
The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate will be friendly, attentive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, daily specials, and promotions. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their meal. Check in with customers to ensure they are enjoying their dining experience. Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly. Process payments and issue receipts correctly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations. *Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
*Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
