Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent table service, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders. Serve orders promptly and professionally. Ensure tables are clean and well-maintained at all times. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints promptly. Process bills and handle payment transactions efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills for handling payments.
