Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused waitress to join our team. As a waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers as they arrive and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere. * Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or barista. * Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure proper presentation. * Ensure that customers' needs are met during their visit (refilling drinks, offering additional items, checking in periodically). * Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. * Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and surrounding areas. * Process payments through cash, card, or mobile payments and provide accurate change or receipts. * Assist with setting up and cleaning the caf? before and after service. Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a customer service role (preferably in a restaurant, caf?, or similar environment) is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. * Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing great customer experiences.
