Job Description
We are looking for a
dynamic, elegant, and service-oriented Waitress
to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills inRussian and/or Italian
, a warm personality, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner. Present menus, offer recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders. Ensure excellent and efficient service throughout the dining experience. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams. Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area. Uphold the restaurant's standards for hospitality, appearance, and behavior.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Waitress/Hostess in a premium or fine dining restaurant.
Fluency in Russian and/or Italian
is mandatory. Strong communication skills in English. Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused. Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and attention to detail. Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays).We Offer:
