Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive service, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations when requested. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality standards are met. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Clear tables, replace table settings, and keep the dining area clean and organized. Process bills, accept payments, and handle transactions accurately. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is an advantage (but not always required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of food and beverages. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to carry trays, plates, and beverages safely.
