As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring prompt, courteous, and personalized service. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a renowned luxury hospitality project.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and professional service to guests in all dining outlets. Take and serve orders accurately while ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas to five-star standards. Assist in training new staff and support the team to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
