seeking experienced, poised, and guest-focused Waitresses

Role Overview:

As a Waitress, you will be the face of the venue, ensuring each guest feels

welcomed, valued, and attended to

. You will coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen, bar, and service teams, manage orders efficiently, and contribute to the overall refinement and smooth operation of the restaurant.

Primary Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide tailored recommendations Take and deliver orders accurately, coordinating effectively with kitchen and bar teams Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, presentation, and cleanliness in all service areas Process bills and handle POS transactions efficiently and discreetly Support service operations during peak hours, special events, and private functions Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and luxury service protocols

Required Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality or fine dining service training is an advantage Minimum 3+ years' experience in luxury fine dining restaurants or upscale hotel dining Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining poise and professionalism under pressure Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, etiquette, and protocols Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Guest-centric attitude, with polished appearance and professional demeanor
