Job Description
Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 1 year Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced waitress to join our team at Sandy Beach Hotel and Resort in Al Aqah, Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our guests in a fast-paced environment. They will be expected to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to guests
- Answer guest queries and provide information on menu items
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Minimum 1-year experience as a waitress in a similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of menu items and the ability to make recommendations to guests
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English, additional language skills a plus
