Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused waitress who is fluent in Russian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable dining experience. They will need to have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers as they arrive at the restaurant and showing them to their tables
- Taking orders and providing recommendations on menu items
- Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring that customers have everything they need throughout their meal, including refills and condiments
- Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that arise
- Keeping the dining area clean and tidy, including clearing tables and wiping down surfaces
- Processing payments and making change accurately
- Upselling menu items and promoting specials to increase sales
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Fluent in Russian and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience as a waitress or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional training in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend and reach to perform cleaning and stocking duties
