Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality presentation and customer satisfaction.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and promotions.
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for service at all times.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards in accordance with company and local regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as assigned by the supervisor.
