Job Description
- Greet guests and present menus in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly and correctly.
- Check on guests during their meal and handle any requests or complaints.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area.
- Ensure proper table setup, cutlery, and service standards.
- Process bills and assist with cash/card payments if required.
- Follow restaurant grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.
