We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Waitress to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide Excellent Customer Service:

Greet guests warmly, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.

Ensure Guest Satisfaction:

Regularly check on guests to ensure their dining experience is enjoyable and that they are satisfied with their meals.

Accurate Order Taking & Service:

Take food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure the correct delivery of orders to guests.

Menu Knowledge:

Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials. Offer recommendations when needed.

Cash Handling & Billing:

Accurately process payments and handle cash, credit cards, and other transactions.

Cleanliness & Organization:

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area throughout the shift.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience.
Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a waitress or customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting. Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling payments and making change. High attention to detail and commitment to excellent service.
