Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and attentive waitress to join our team at a Persian restaurant. As a waitress, you will be responsible for following the guidance of your supervisor to provide excellent customer service, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure that the dining experience is enjoyable and memorable for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for customers Provide knowledgeable and personalized service, including menu recommendations Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy Manage table reservations and seating arrangements Take and deliver accurate orders efficiently and gracefully Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and chairs Handle cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiently Train and mentor other team members to provide exceptional service Continuously improve and innovate service offerings and processes Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred Fluency in English language, both verbal and written (Arabic is a plus) Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills A genuine passion for food and culture Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions Commitment to providing exceptional service to guests
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
