Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system. Answer questions regarding menu items and make recommendations when appropriate. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally from the kitchen or bar to the guests. Stay attentive to guest needs throughout the dining experience to ensure satisfaction. Prepare checks and process payments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations in food handling and service areas. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Uphold company standards in customer service and appearance.
Requirements:
Prior experience in Food & Beverage or Hospitality is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be currently available in the UAE. Must be able to join immediately.
