Job Description

Our hotel is seeking a skilled and friendly Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for food and beverage service. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Take orders from guest and input them into the POS system Ensure accuracy of orders and communicate any special requests to the kitchen Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction Clear tables and reset them for the next guest Handle cash and credit card transactions and make change accurately Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent
