Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests with a positive and professional attitude
Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently
Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-presented at all times
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns politely
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
Process bills and payments using POS systems
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shift
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Professional appearance and a courteous manner
Ability to stay composed and multitask under pressure
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Must be locally available and ready to join immediately
