We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress to provide an exceptional dining experience to our guests. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with grace Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Process payments and issue receipts using POS systems Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service is preferred Good communication skills Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team Neat appearance and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Must be currently resident available to join immediately
