Job Description

We are hiring a friendly, well-presented, and customer-oriented Waitress to join our team at Mogao Restaurant. You will play a key role in delivering a great dining experience by serving guests efficiently, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Requirements:

Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables. Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer customer queries. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar. Serve orders promptly and ensure all guests have what they need. Check on customers during the meal and respond to any additional requests. Clear tables, clean the dining area, and reset tables for the next guests. Handle billing and payments (cash/card) accurately. Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties. Follow restaurant hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times. Work as a team player and maintain a positive attitude during service.
Skills:

Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus. Friendly personality with good communication skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask. Presentable appearance and professional behavior. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of food and beverages is preferred.
