Key Responsibilities:
To uphold the high standards of service of the Restaurant To provide friendly and courteous service with enthusiasm. To ensure the quality of products served to guests. To demonstrate a positive personality and professional image. To anticipate individual guests' needs and desires and tailor the service accordingly. To be sensitive and responsive to individual guests' needs and differences. To maximize sales by making suggestions and helping the guests to make choices. To exercise responsible selling and consumption of alcohol by the guest in accordance with local state laws. To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests. To ensure that every visit of the guest becomes an experience. To ensure constant and timely table turnover. To observe and practice teamwork at all times. To upsell
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a fine dine-in restaurant in UAE Has a passion for food & beverage Enjoys delivering high-quality guest service in a welcoming manner Loves interacting with guests and customers Communicates with fluency in English Committed to serving food of the highest quality Willing to work on shifting the schedule
