Position: We are seeking experienced and customer-focused waiters/waitresses with excellent language skills in English, Arabic, and Persian (optional) to join our dynamic team. As a Multilingual Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our diverse clientele, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities: 1. Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking into account their language preferences. 2. Effectively communicating with customers in English, Arabic, and Persian (optional), assisting them with menu choices and providing recommendations based on their preferences. 3. Taking accurate food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly to the kitchen. 4. Serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. 5. Anticipating guests\' needs and providing exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience. 6. Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. 7. Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service. 8. Assisting with table setup, including arranging utensils, napkins, and other dining essentials. 9. Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and other related areas. 10. Processing payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions. 11. Adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards, as well as restaurant policies and procedures. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel. 2. Fluent in English, Arabic, and Persian (optional), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in all three languages. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from different cultural backgrounds. 4. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus, including a willingness to learn and expand knowledge in this area. 5. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a personalized and memorable dining experience. 6. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. 7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the hospitality industry. 8. Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. 9. Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
