Handling customer inquiries and complaints: Waitresses interact with customers throughout their dining experience, addressing any questions, concerns, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner. They may consult with kitchen staff or management to resolve issues. Adhering to health and safety regulations: Waitresses must follow proper food handling and safety protocols, ensuring that all sanitation standards are met. They may also be responsible for monitoring the cleanliness and condition of dining utensils, glassware, and other equipment. Teamwork and multitasking: Waitresses often work as part of a team, collaborating with other waitstaff, bartenders, hosts, and managers.
