Job Description
We are looking for an experienced waitress to join a French restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and escort them to their tables
- Present menus to customers and answer any questions they may have
- Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure the satisfaction of customers by checking on them throughout their meal
- Clear tables and ensure the restaurant is tidy at all times
- Process payments from customers and return change if necessary
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Previous experience working as a waitress in a restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Good knowledge of French cuisine and wines
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English
