Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards
Provide menu information and recommendations to guests
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum
1-2 years' experience
as a waitress in a restaurant or hotel (preferred)
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused and able to handle high-pressure situations
Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for long periods
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
